ROLE: First branch manager and client relationship manager with 3 banks.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: First branch manager and client relationship manager with 3 banks. Started & developed first branch sales office in Chicago for Destiny, based in Philadelphia. CLIENTS INCLUDED Northern Trust, ABN AMRO Bank, and Bank of America. Wrote Bank of America technology roadmap (a $100,000 document). The roadmap was implemented thus helping the Bank maintain their technical position of leadership. Managed relationships and workflow between Destiny consultants and bank IT staff.
DELL COMPUTER, TORONTO
ROLE: Dealer Channel Manager.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Started & developed first dealer channel for Dell. Prior to this the company was direct-sales only. Sales grew from 0 to $4 Million the 1st year.
BROADCOM/SYMANTEC SOFTWARE, TORONTO
Founded the first International office for this California-based software company.
ROLE: Country Manager, Canada.
